Over 29 million Americans are affected by diabetes. People in South Texas are increasingly feeling the effects of diabetes as approximately 86,000 people in the Coastal Bend battle diabetes and prediabetes every day. Many of them don't even know it! It is estimated that one in three Americans will have diabetes by the year 2050, if current trends continue.

The American Diabetes Association's Corpus Christi office is dedicated to ensuring the before mentioned statistic does not become a reality by raising funds for research, programing and advocacy. The Corpus Christi office is committed to educating the public about how to stop diabetesand support those living with the disease through our many fundraising events.
