We are starting a robotics team called M.A.A.D Bots to compete in a relatively new competition known as RIVAL (https://www.rivalrobotics.co/). Our team currently includes around 10 students, and we have a rough design of the robot (working on the CAD).
We currently lack funding needed to order parts and even to test, which is why we plan on reaching out to local companies and community partners for support. Gaining nonprofit status would help us seek grants and sponsorships to make our vision possible.
