MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute

The MIT Beaver Works Summer Institute is a rigorous four-week STEM program for talented high school seniors. The program’s goals are to expose students to real-world science and engineering, teach them the skills for working in a team environment, and encourage a passion for science, engineering, and technology. These goals are achieved by engaging students in both interactive classroom instruction and hands-on projects, such as programming a robotic racecar or building a Siri-like cognitive assistant.
