Pragathi Charitable Trust

Founded in 2016, Pragathi Charitable Trust is a non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals and communities through education, care, and resource development. The trust is committed to uplifting children living in difficult situations and providing them with quality education, care, and protection under the Juvenile Justice Act. Currently, 120 children are receiving comprehensive support, including education and shelter, to help them rise above their immediate circumstances and build a better future.

The trust also works extensively to support individuals with physical disabilities by providing mobility aids such as wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers. To date, Pragathi has distributed over 450 wheelchairs, transforming lives and enabling independence for persons with disabilities.

In its mission to enhance education quality, Pragathi Charitable Trust actively empowers government schools through infrastructure development and resource upgrades. Key contributions include:

Supplying desks, chairs, stationery, notebooks, and uniforms to improve the learning experience.
Establishing smart classrooms equipped with smart TVs to modernize teaching methods.
Creating libraries to foster a culture of reading and knowledge.
Beautifying schools with vibrant paintings and wall art to inspire students.
To date, more than 150 government schools have benefitted from these upgrades and services, positively impacting countless students and their communities.
