HERICANES is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting female leadership and empowerment through education, collaboration, support, and mentoring. We believe that a positive team experience, especially through sports, fosters character development and life skills, building powerful and confident girls and women. Through a series of speaker events and a cascading mentorship program, our female participants learn resilience, courage, authenticity, and service from inspiring women of all ages and spheres of influence.
