Super 30
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.
From a village classroom to a first career.
Super 30 will fully fund 30 meritorious students from low-income rural families through Nirmaan's Career Saathi Program, which has supported first-generation learners since 2015.
Our goal: $100,000 to fund all 30 students' complete six-year journey.
Years 1–2 (Class 11 & 12): Coaching, entrance-exam fees, books, and career counseling.
Years 3–6 (College): Academic costs, skill-building camps, exposure visits, and mentoring.
Career launch: A laptop, advanced training in AI, Python, data science or cybersecurity, interview preparation and placement support.
For a bright student growing up in rural India, the path from a village classroom to a first career can be filled with barriers that have nothing to do with talent.

THE CHALLENGE

Money: With family incomes of ₹2 lakh (about $2,100) a year or less, they can't afford coaching, exam fees or books.
Access: Without a laptop, they can't learn to code, take online courses or sit job assessments.
Guidance: As the first in their families to reach college, they have no one to guide them on careers.
