3P STEM Circle s a nonprofit student-led initiative dedicated to making math, science, and robotics accessible and engaging for youth in our community. Our mission is to bridge the gap between classroom theory and hands-on application by providing peer-to-peer coaching, interactive STEM workshops, and competitive robotics mentorship (including programs like FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge). We will start with mentoring elementary and middle schoolers. We will also recruit high schoolers to provide support. Through our programs, we aim to build a strong foundation in technical skills, foster a culture of collaborative problem-solving, and inspire the next generation of young innovators and engineers—regardless of their background or resources. We are seeking fiscal sponsorship to help us scale our outreach, secure workshop materials, and provide tournament support for our students.
