FTC Kronos, #20791 is a rookie highschool robotics team from Evergreen Valley High School located in San Jose, California. The team was founded in 2020 but due to Covid-19, we were unable to compete and did not register. Instead we decided to teach our members the foundations of robotics and hone their skills through workshops and collaborations with other teams, so that when we participate in 2021-22, we’d be able to work together and have enough knowledge to build a fully functional robot. The team is female-led as a way to spread gender equality in STEM. We have a total of 20 members, 13 of them are first year members. Throughout the past two years, we learned to collaborate, to be creative and innovative, and to work hard. But we also learned to have fun. Our mission is to inspire with these values while promoting STEM to future generations.
