Too often, the people most affected by climate challenges are left out of decisions that shape their future; yet even in this challenging moment for environmental justice and health equity, our community is showing strength, creativity, and leadership.
Regeneración - Pajaro Valley Climate Action connects residents, community-based organizations, and decision-makers in the Monterey Bay area of California to create and implement local climate solutions based on community priorities by:
- Sharing clear, useful information about climate risks and solutions;
- Organizing and uniting community members to address shared challenges;
- Engaging residents, especially young people and the Spanish-speaking community, to speak up and lead;
- Partnering with other organizations to expand impact and bring resources to the region
